Edco 1/4 In., 1.25 mil Copper Foil should be used for thicker or uneven glass. Once burnished, it can be trimmed with a razor blade if the lines are uneven. The 1.25 mil thickness of this tape decreases the chances of the glass tearing through the foil which creates a stronger bond in the finished piece. Once you have applied the foil to the glass, gently fold over the the foil and then burnish it flat.
