The Vine Co Original Series Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine Homebrew Kit makes you 30 bottles of outstanding quality wine, which has distinctive flavours that only the best grape juice concentrates can make.

If you want an easy drinking red then this is perfect. Deeply coloured, it's packed full juicy blackcurrant aromas. The underlying hints of oak on the palate are subtle against tastes of cassis and spice. This is perfect with red meat dinners. Deep dark red, with high acidity, high tannin and medium to full body with black fruit notes of black cherry, vegetal notes of green pepper, and spice notes of vanilla.

The strength will be around the 12% ABV mark.

In this kit you get 8 litres of grape concentrate (that you top up to 23 litres with tap water), the perfect yeast for this style of wine and the other ingredients to make sure this wine kit makes you 30 bottles of wine that you would find on the expensive shelves of the supermarket aisle. 

This homebrew kit will take approximately 4 weeks to make and ideally you should leave it in the bottle to condition for a few months.
